By ordering a product on our site, the customer unreservedly accepts all of these General Terms and Conditions.

The products offered for sale are described with the greatest possible accuracy. Photographs and visuals have no contractual value.

 

 

4. Price

 

Prices are in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), including delivery charges. BHM Innovation reserves the right to change its prices at any time, while guaranteeing the customer the application of the rate in effect at the time of the order.

 

 

6. Order

 

All orders are firm and final after payment validation. A confirmation email is sent to the customer summarizing the order details.

 

 

7. Payment

 

Payment is due immediately upon ordering, by credit card, PayPal or any other secure method offered on the site.

 

 

8. Delivery

 

Products are shipped within 7 business days after order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

 

 

Return and Credit Policy

 

 

1. Right of return

 

In accordance with current legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return a product.

 

 

2. Return conditions

 

To make a return, please contact us in the "Contact Us" section of our website, specifying your order number, the product concerned and the reason for the return. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.

 

 

3. Exchange or credit

 

BHM Innovation does not offer refunds. In the event of a validated return, two options are available:

 

• The exchange of the product.

• The issue of a credit note for the corresponding amount, valid for 12 months on our site.

 

 

4. Defective products or ordering errors

 

In the event of a defective product or an error on our part, return shipping costs are our responsibility. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package with a supporting photo.
